Eligibility & Timeframes

  • Return within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or e-voucher.
  • Items must be in the original uncreased condition with undamaged packaging.
  • Place the shoe box in a suitable bag—do not tape or damage the box, as it will be re-used.  Failure to protect the shoe box may void your claim for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.
  • Returns are at the customer’s expense. Use a secure, trackable method—proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
  • Freight cost is not refundable.
  • You may also return unworn items to our Subiaco store.
  • Sale items - Online Sale items can be returned for an exchange or refund.  The returned shoes must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.  Please do not tape or damage the box.
  • All Returned items will be inspected and checked to ensure they meet our Terms & Conditions.
  • No returns on jewellery.

Exchanges & Late Returns

  • Online purchases may be exchanged in store for items of equal or greater value (pay the difference where applicable).
  • If your return arrives after 21 days, an e-voucher will be issued instead of a refund.
  • No refunds or exchanges after the 30-day period.

Refunds

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
