If your order is unsuitable it may be returned for a refund or e-voucher, provided that items are returned within 30 days from date of delivery, in original packaging and condition. Returns are at your expense. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post, please ensure you use a secure method of return. Alternatively, you can return unworn items to our Subiaco store. Please note: For web sales returned in store, refunds will not be issued until the shoes have been received by Head Office and assessed by our online staff. A refund receipt will be emailed to you once the refund has been processed. Online purchases may be exchanged in store for items of equal or greater value (with the difference being paid).
There is no return on jewellery.
If your return is received outside the 30 day return period, an e-voucher will be issued in place of a cash refund. There are no refunds or exchanges after the 30 day period.
