Please note that all returns will be monitored and processed by sending an email to info@marieclaireshoes.com.au

Return within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or e-voucher.
Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.
Returns are at the customer’s expense. Use a secure, trackable method—proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
You may also return unworn items to our Subiaco store.
Sale items can be returned unless marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable (subject to Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law).
No returns on jewellery.

Online purchases may be exchanged in store for items of equal or greater value (pay the difference where applicable).
If your return arrives after 30 days, an e-voucher will be issued instead of a refund.
No refunds or exchanges after the 30-day period.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 3 working days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
