Delivery

International Orders

• We deliver to select overseas destinations. Please contact us to find out if your country is eligible.
• International Delivery is a standard $60 fee which may vary depending on the size of the product.
• Marie Claire Shoes does not convert the total price of orders into other currencies.
• The price charged to international customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit card company.

• Customers outside Australia may also be liable for customs and/or import duty. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
• Please check the customs requirements in your country before placing an order.
• We will not be liable for any customs or import duties.

What happens if no one is at home when delivery is attempted?

• Delivery is via e-parcel and requires a signature, so please give an alternative address if you are not likely to be present.
• We regret that we cannot leave parcels without obtaining a signature unless you have an existing arrangement with Australia Post.
• In this instance we accept no responsibility for missing items after they have reached your local post office.
• You will receive an email from Australia Post when your parcel is dispatched, please enter your tracking code here before contacting us about your delivery.

Re-Delivery

• If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a redelivery fee will apply.
• If we are responsible for the error there will be no charges.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact Marie Claire Shoes within 24 hours. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Orders which have left with our couriers (Australia Post) cannot be cancelled.
• Orders which have not yet been posted may be cancelled.
