Delivery & Returns

Returns 

If your order is unsuitable it may be returned for a refund or exchange, provided that items are returned within 14 days from the date of order, in their original packaging and condition. Returns are at the expense of the customer. If you require another size or another item, you must enclose a prepaid postal bag. 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact Marie Claire Shoes as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Orders which have left with our couriers (Australia Post) cannot be cancelled.
• Orders which have been ordered in from our suppliers cannot be cancelled.
• Orders which have not yet been posted may be cancelled. A $20 cancellation fee applies.

Re-Delivery

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a  redelivery fee will apply. If we are responsible for the redelivery then of course this redelivery fee will not apply.

Any refunds for online or telephone orders will be credited by the original purchase method, minus the cost of postage.
