eCommerce Payment Gateway by e-PathAny user of marieclaireshoes.com.au is bound by the following terms and conditions which can be altered at the discretion of Marie Claire Shoes (Marie Claire) at any time.

Important Information

Please be advised that all orders are subject to stock availability. In the instance we do not have the item you requested in stock, no payment will be deducted from your account and the order will be declared null and void. If we are able to re-order the item for you, a brand new order will then be created once we have received the shoes from the supplier.

How do I order?

  1. Select the products you wish to order, selecting size and colour, by clicking the 'Add to Shopping Bag' button that appears on all product pages.
  2. Click "Checkout" when you wish to process your order.
  3. Your order will be summarised for you. You may change details of this order, such as the products to be ordered, the quantities, size and colour. Please then complete your personal details and click the 'Process Order' button.
  4. You will be directed to a secure area managed by E-Path - our secure transaction partners, to enter your payment details.
  5. Once processed, you will be automatically returned to the Marie Claire website and a confirmation page will be displayed with your order number. Write this down, or print this page for your own records, to keep as a reference. Additionally, you will immediately receive a confirmation email providing all your order details for your records. 

Where can Marie Claire deliver to? 

Marie Claire delivers Worldwide. Please select your country from the drop down tab at checkout. The fee will be adjusted and shown accordingly. 

How will I know if my order has successfully been submitted to Marie Claire?

After you see a confirmation message you will also immediately receive a confirmation detailing your order.  This email signifies to you that your order has been successfully submitted to Marie Claire. 

If we do not have the item you ordered available, we will email you as soon as possible. No payment will be deducted from your account and the order will become null and void.  Should you request us to re-order the item for you, and we are able to do that, a brand new order will be created once we have confirmed availability of the shoes.   

Can Marie Claire let me know when my products have been sent?

If you would like us to call you or send an email please let us know by adding the request to the 'extra details' section of the order. 

What is the currency of the prices shown?

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

What happens if no one is at home when the delivery is made?

Are my details secure when ordering online?

Yes. Marie Claire relies on a specialist bank-approved system to protect your credit card details provided by our partners at E-Path.

What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

You should phone us on +61 89286 2486 as soon as possible. We will refund the full amount, less a $20 administration fee,  provided you phone us within 24 hours of your order being confirmed (that is, within 24 hours of your confirmation email being sent).  You may also make changes to your order within this time period, provided the order has not left our store. If you do make changes to your existing order, you will need to pay any resulting price differences and additional delivery fees prior to your existing order being dispatched. 

What action should I take if I am not happy with the product?

Should you have a reasonable and legitimate complaint about any product you receive from us via this website, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Payment

When you provide details of your credit or debit card you must be fully entitled to use that card and it must have sufficient available funds to cover your charges.

Privacy of the personal information we collect

Marie Claire is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of all personal information collected for the purpose of processing orders. Marie Claire respects the Privacy of all its customers and the recipients of our product and complies with the National Privacy Principles (Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000).

Whenever you place an order with Marie Claire, or register with us, we will ask you to provide us with your personal contact details.  In the event that you are purchasing a product on behalf of, or as a gift to, another person, we ask that you provide your own contact details, rather than the details of the person for whom you are making the purchase.
  2. Marie Claire DOES NOT under any circumstances store your credit card details.  We use the security technology of our transaction partners at E-Path to encrypt and protect your transaction and credit card details.
  3. Marie Claire is committed to taking all reasonable steps to protect the personal information we gather.
  4. Any personal information that you submit to us via this website, or in any other way, is treated as confidential and stored according to Australian data storage standards and in line with current regulations.
  5. There are certain personal details that you are required to submit to us in order for your purchase to be successfully processed and delivered to you.  Should you prefer not to submit these minimal details, we may not be able to process your order via our online store, and will instead ask you to make your purchase in person at one of our three stores.  Additionally, it may not be possible for you to take advantage of some of the products and services that we have on offer, such as notifications via email. 
  6. Like many other websites, we receive "cookies" which automatically store certain types of information whenever you interact with us.  This information is used for fraud prevention or to measure/collect website activity.
  7. Under no circumstances will your personal information be sold, rented or leased to any third party.  Your name and address will be provided to delivery couriers or any other company that we use to deliver your product. 
  8. Persons under the age of 18 years should not use the marieclaireshoes.com.au online oder system without the consent, and/or involvement of a parent or guardian. 
  9. In order to ensure that your order is processed correctly, we may, need to contact you to confirm or verify your order.  This contact will be made during business hours from Monday to Friday.

Technical difficulties may be beyond the control of Marie Claire, for example, if there are issues with users’ own Internet Service Providers (ISP’s).
