Can I order by telephone?
Yes! You will need your credit card details, billing and delivery address in addition to your order details. Please call our head office on 08 9385 5391. We can accept telephone orders between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. (WST).
How will I know if my order has been successfully submitted to Marie Claire?
You will immediately receive a confirmation email detailing your order.
If all or part of your order is out of stock, we will email you as soon as possible. No payment will be deducted from your account and the order will become null and void.
Will payment be taken immediately?
Payments are not taken automatically, we like to be sure that your shoes are in stock and in perfect condition before we charge your credit card! You will however receive an email from Australia Post when your item/s are despatched. Please check your email and phone number carefully, in case we need to contact you.

Does the website get updated often & are all the shoes in-store available on the website?
Yes! We upload new merchandise as it arrives in-store so you can get the latest arrivals online.
If you would like to hear about the latest arrivals as they land, as well as notice of special offers and promotions, please subscribe to our VIP programme.
We try to ensure all new stock is added to the website as soon as it arrives, quite often new stock will appear online before you see it in store!
Am I able to buy a Gift Voucher?
Yes! Marie Claire e-Vouchers are available and can only be redeemed online. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and when the purchase amount is less than the Gift Voucher amount, the balance will automatically be transferred and a new Gift Voucher issued. Please contact our head office on 08 9286 2486 if you wish to purchase.
Where are my shoes sourced from?
Your shoes are sourced from either our General Warehouse or one of our three stores. Due to this, there is a chance the shoes may have been on display. We do not send display stock without informing you beforehand.
