How do I make a purchase online?

You will need you credit card details, including billing and delivery address to finalise your online shopping experience.

Does the website get updated often?

Yes. We upload new merchandise as it arrives in-store so you can get the latest arrivals online.
If you would like to hear about the latest arrivals as they land, as well as notice of special offers and promotions, please subscribe to our VIP programme. 

Are all of the shoes in-store available on the website?

We try to ensure all new stock is added to the website as soon as it arrives. 

If I receive my goods and they're not right, what are my options?

If you receive your goods and they are the incorrect size for you, we are happy to exchange them for another size, however the goods must be returned at your expense and a pre-paid packet enclosed. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, and must be returned within 14 days from the date of order. Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and state fair trading legislation, we are able to offer you a refund if the goods are deemed faulty by the manufacturer and found to have become defective through no fault of the buyer. In these instances we are happy to offer you a refund within a reasonable period of time, when you can provide proof of purchase (ie. your receipt), or if you prefer, we can offer you a credit note or exchange.

Am I able to buy a Gift Voucher?

Yes, Marie Claire Gift Vouchers are available. They are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed on any merchandise. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and when the purchase amount is less than the Gift Voucher amount, the balance will automatically be transferred and a new Gift Voucher issued.
