We hope to despatch your new shoes as quickly as possible and aim to process all orders received by 3pm (WST) on the same working day. Please contact us if your order is urgent. Express Post will guarantee the quickest despatch and delivery possible, however we can not guarantee next day delivery.
We deliver to select overseas destinations. Please contact us to find out if your country is eligible. International Delivery is a standard $60 fee. Marie Claire Shoes does not convert the total price of orders into other currencies. The price charged to international customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customers credit card company.
Customers outside Australia may also be liable for customs and/or import duty. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please check the customs requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any customs or import duties.
If your order is unsuitable it may be returned for a refund or e-voucher, provided that items are returned within 14 days from date of delivery, in original packaging and condition. Returns are at your expense. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post, please ensure you use a secure method of return. Alternatively, you can return unworn items to one of our stores. Please note: For web sales returned instore, refunds will not be issued until the shoes have been received to Head Office and assessed by our web staff. A refund receipt will be emailed to you once the refund has been processed.
There is no return on jewellery.
If your return is received outside the 14 day return period, an e-voucher will be issued in place of a cash refund. There are no refunds or exchanges after the 28 day period.

Any refunds for online or telephone orders will be credited via the original purchase method. Please allow 3 working days for transactions to appear on your statement.

What happens if no one is at home when delivery is attempted?
Delivery is via e-parcel and requires a signature, so please give an alternative address if you are not likely to be present. We regret that we cannot leave parcels without obtaining a signature unless you have an existing arrangement with Australia Post. In this instance we accept no responsibility for missing items after they have reached your local post office. You will receive an email from Australia Post when your parcel is despatched, please enter your tracking code here before contacting us about your delivery. Standard Australia Post Terms apply.
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a redelivery fee will apply. If we are responsible for the error there will be no charges.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact Marie Claire Shoes within 24 hours. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Orders which have left with our couriers (Australia Post) cannot be cancelled.
Orders which have not yet been posted may be cancelled. A $20 cancellation fee applies.
